Due to the perfect location of our Breede River Camp on the beautifully scenic R62 wine route, situated only one hour’s drive from Cape Town and 40 mins from Robertson many inquiries have been made to incorporate river rafting with various festivals held in the area.

These festivals include the Wacky Wine Festival, Wine on the River and the Slow Festival.

Wacky Wine Weekend :

The Wacky Wine Festival will be hosting it’s 7th festival this year.Wine farms in the Ashton, Bonnievale, Mcgregor and Robertson areas open their doors and cellars to the public to come and taste and celebrate in the wine of the region. The Bundi group will be following a fixed route including visits to 6 farms in the Robertson area. A ticket pass to all the farms are included in the price.

Mother & Daughter :

The mother & daughter weekend sprouted from the desire of many families within the Bundi family, who are passionate about the outdoors and who want to experience a “Girls Weekend” alone, without the boys. The Breede River offers the perfect setting for mothers and daughters to bond and relax out in nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Time spent on river is incorporated with other activities such as hiking, sitting around the fire and generally just relaxing and having a good time.

Outdoor Challenge :

Survivor Challenge :

Survivor is an outdoor team event. It challenges delegates physically and mentally. Various corporates or group of friends nominates their team of best team players. Teams may consist of a mixed team or single sex team.

Groups will compete against other teams through various activities over four rounds. The aim is to quickly adjust in order to identify the challenge, communicate the solution and implement it as a team. Test your team members and have loads of fun.

Activities include raft building, target shooting and high ropes only to mention a few. Points are allocated for objectives reached in time as well as for team spirit. At the end of the activity the score of each team is tallied to determine the BEST TEAM.

The survivor challenge can be incorporated with other activities or be done as an event on its own. Various activities to be completed within the challenge can also be altered.

Adventure :

River Rafting - Wet Teambuilding :

Wet Teambuilding is exactly what the names says; your team has loads of fun and excitement getting wet together on river. Teams can do a variety of teambuilding activities based on three large rivers in South Africa. We offer river rafting on the Breede River, Orange River and Doring River. These trips can be done as a group together as a corporate teambuilding event. Wet teambuilding on river can also be incorporated with various activities which challenge delegates to communicate, work in teams and trust each other.

Hiking :

Various hikes are being arranged in and around the Western Cape area. Two types of hikes are focused on namely corporate hikes and couple hikes.

Abseiling & High Ropes :

Our brand new high ropes course and climbing wall has recently been completed. The 120 m long course stretches through the bush and trees to create a spectacular view over the river. Various obstacles have to be completed as you face your fears. In order to do the high ropes course groups of 10 or more people must attend.

Only one hour’s drive from Cape Town lies the Worcester section of the Breede River. It offers a dramatic landscape where the fast flowing channels and delta’s interchange with long dark pools and willowy banks.

Our camp here situated next to the river is ideal for scholars and equipped well for teachers. Our qualified facilitators and guides ensure your safety. We take care of groups from start to finish. Whether it be for an educational tour, sport tour, teambuilding, leadership camp, outdoor expedition or just a bit of environmental awareness.
