Leeulekker.mobi is specially formulated to bring info to your cell phone, that is relevant and easy to navigate.

Some people are fortunate enough to first plan the holiday packages they would like and then pay for it. For the mere mortals like myself special offerings from Holiday Resorts and Holiday Clubs are the best place to start searching for an exciting holiday with fairly comfortable holiday accommodation, unless I go camping.

Camping could be one of the most enjoyable experiences, if you can find the right place to visit. Luckily South African holiday resorts are mostly camp-friendly with excellent ablution facilities and have a lot of adventure and leisure activities and sports on their premises or in the nearby vicinity. There is only one thing of camping that is not enjoyable and that is packing up to leave. Other than that, the lay-backness of camping makes you relax, kids run around, makes new friends and you don’t have to care because campers are a “hakuna matata” holiday club – worry is not one of the things they do.

Sabie River Camp

One of the holiday resorts we visited recently is the Salt Rock hotel and resort, on the KZN north coast, with holiday accommodation that would fit anyone’s needs. Campsites, family rooms, romantic rooms with 180 degree views of the ocean, fun for the kids, delicious food (catering for kids and adults), activities for mom and dad, to sipping cocktails on the Dolphin deck all afternoon if you wish. Salt Rock, like many other South African holiday resorts through out the country has special holiday packages that may suit your pocket and taste of holiday accommodation.

Secondly, are Guesthouses and self-catering units as an option for holiday accommodation. Guesthouses in South Africa can range from very basic, prices from R180 per person per day (p.p.p.d.) to over a R1,000 p.p.p.d. for the more up market places, normally rated by the South African Tourism Board.

Areena Riverside Resort

Holiday accommodation very similar to above mentioned, is the lodges. They are normally on larger properties and South Africa is renowned for there Game Lodges that are more like a game reserve experience. It is a great way to spend some quality time in the African bush with the luxury.

Shibula Lodge & Bush Spa

Holidays in a South African Hotel can be a great deal of fun for the whole family. One of our well-known hotels in South Africa, is the Hotels in the Sun City Resort, next to the Pilanesberg Nature Reserve, in the North West province, with exceptional holiday packages through the year.
