SPESIALE KENNISGEWING BEVOEGDHEIDSERTIFIKATE VOORLAAIERS – SPECIAL NOTICE COMPETENCY CERTIFICATES MUZZLE LOADERS

Die Minsiter van Polisie Mnr Nathi Mthethwa het in die Staaskoerant van 14 Desember 2011 nr 34855 aangekondig dat die keerdatum vir die verkryging van bevoegdheidssertifikate vir voorlaaiers van 9 Januarie 2012 tot 31 Julie 2012 verleng is. Die vereiste wat gestel is dat eienaars van voorlaaiers bevoegdheidssertifikate nodig het, maak dit ook nodig dat persone wat swartkruit besit ook aansoek moet doen vir die hernuwing van swartkruit permitte. ‘n Afkondiging van hoe die die permitte bekom kan word, word binnekort verwag.



The Minister of Police, Mr Nathi Mthethwa announced in the Government Gazette of 14 December 2011 nr 34855 an extension to the date from 9 January 2012 to 31 July 2012 by which owners of muzzle loaders should be in the possession of a competency certificate. The requirement whereby owners of muzzle loaders should have a competency certificate, also now require such persons to renew their black powder permits. Details on this will be announced soon.
